  • Guest means a user of the ParkMyRig Platform that hires or rents parking space from a Host
  • Host means a user of the ParkMyRig Platform that advertises and provides parking space to a Guest
  • Space means any parking space, driveway, yard, or other location for parking caravans, boats, trailers, or other recreational vehicles

2. The Information We Collect About You

We collect and use Personal Information and Non-Personal Information from Hosts and Guests who access and use the ParkMyRig Platform. We will only collect and hold Personal Information that is reasonably necessary to undertake our business activities and functions.

The type of information we collect includes:

  • Registration, account and profile details (full name, date of birth, mobile number, profile picture and email address)
  • Account credentials (username and password)
  • Space profile information (location, type of space, amenities, pictures, parking fees, availability and user rules)
  • Payment or billing details (credit card and debit card information)
  • Information about your dealings with us, including complaints about spaces
  • Information about spaces you're interested in or have hired
  • Usage information (IP address, browser characteristics, device information, usage statistics)

Information Sharing: For safety purposes, we share the Host's name, email and phone number to the Guest 7 days prior to booking, and the Host's location 24 hours prior to booking.

In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, we may transfer your Personal Information as part of the transaction.

  • Other users (Hosts and Guests) as necessary for bookings
  • Our service providers and business partners who help us operate the platform
